Guidelines for return of goods
 

To optimize our procedure regarding returns of articles to our warehouse in Viborg, the following return procedure has to be followed, in order that you as customer can have a fast handling of your returns (e.g. a credit note, repairs or an exchange).  

 

Claims in general (e.g. visible faults) on deliveries must be send back within 8 days after receipt of goods. Claims of clothes that have been used and washed are only accepted if the claim was hidden and impossible to discover at the receipt of the goods and is according to the international rules of claims of 24 months.

 

Our return system involves a return documentation to secure the optimal handling through our internal processes.

 

Please follow the steps below for correct handling of the case:

 

  1. Contact the office in Denmark for return form at  info@nybo.com
  2. Fill out the form and send back to info@nybo.com or to your normal contact person
  3. Await accept and the form will be send back to you with provided with your return number
  4. Return of package together with the return form to the following address:

Nybo Workwear A/S reserve our right to reject a return of goods (does not apply to complaints) if:

 

  1. they are used or has been washed
  2. have odeur
  3. they are provided with logo e.g. embroidery, print, transfer or badges
  4. they are provided with chip or the clothes are personally marked
  5. they are “special products”, i.e. not in our standard stock program
